Brick Wall Mashup...

Hello!

This week over at the Friday Mashup, Tara's got a cool technique for us to play with...

Here's your Mashup Challenge:
  1. Create a project using the "Sketch".
  2. Create a project using the "Brick Wall Technique".
  3. Or Mash it Up and create a project using the "Sketch with the Brick Wall Technique".

I wanted to try something masculine with this technique so I pulled out a new set I got recently but haven't used yet - Zoo Review...

I created the brick wall backdrop with a piece of Very Vanilla, stamped with one of the trees from Lovely as a Tree a couple of times with Sahara Sand, then cut up into 'bricks' and sponged, then put back together on Baked Brown Sugar cardstock. The giraffe was stamped and coloured with Baked Brown Sugar ink then fussy cut and layered over the top with dimensionals. The dsp in the background is the Epic Day This & That collection. I added a piece of washi tape and a torn border in Crushed Curry card, as well as the sentiment from Teeny Tiny wishes.

Make sure you check out the creations from the rest of the design team this week!

Thanks for stopping by...
