Today is another fun challenge over at the Paper Players, and this week is a colour challenge...
I wanted to create some two-toned roses with the Daffodil and Coral so that's the direction I went in...
I stamped the flowers from Growing Green on watercolour paper and coloured with inkpads and an aquabrush then cut out and layered on a label that I'd stamped with the leaves and coloured. The strip of Lucky Limeade card at the side was stitched using Lucky Limeade thin organdy ribbon then tied into a bow at the top.
Here's the recipe:
Stamps: Growing Green, Teeny Tiny Wishes
Ink: Stazon, Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral, Lucky Limeade
Paper: Everyday Enchantment dsp, Lucky Limeade, Very Vanilla, watercolour
Tools: Framelits
Accessories: Lucky Limeade ribbon, lace trim
